The CareGard Order Form contains the information Alarm Center Excellence, Inc needs to program the CareGard unit and to configure your account at our central alarm station. Abode Acrobat is needed to view and complete the form. If you don’t have Abode Acrobat installed follow the link to the left to install. After you order your unit in step 1 above, PayPal will return you to this form directly. After filling in form, click on the “Submit” button on the bottom of the form. This will open you email program, simply send the generated email.

3rd, go to our Accessories page to order any additional accessories for your CareGard Unit. Accessories ordered with the inital CareGard order, will be configured and sent with the CareGard unit. Accessories may also be ordered at any time. A $15.00 configuration/programming charge will be applied.
